Easter Shipping & FAQS

We want to make sure we can have your goodies delivered in time for the big day. For this reason, if you are purchasing Easter outfits or basket stuffers needed for 4/17, we very highly suggest you place your order by the dates provided below.

These are the last dates by which we can guarantee (within our capability- as with any time of year, packages lost in transit or unforeseen delays from poor weather are always a possibility!) it will be delivered in time for Easter. 

If you miss the cut off date, all hope is NOT lost! If you live on the East Coast, there is a good chance your package will be in hand within 2-3 days but we cannot guarantee this so we do advise checking with UPS for ground ship times for your area, which you can do so at this link below:

If you don't want to take your chances with ground, WE OFFER NEXT DAY AIR SERVICES.

You will need to contact us to add that shipping option which you can do so by sending us a DM on Instagram @shopellifox or giving us a call on our store phone (843) 800-2942 between 10 AM and 4:30 PM EST. We will need to give you a shipping estimate based upon your location so please provide that information when inquiring and keep in mind that this is NOT a flat rate.

We will be cutting off all Easter embroidery on 4/5 at 3PM EST. If you're in a bind after that date, we can process a rush fee of $25 per item (please note that excludes embroidery charges). Please contact rachel@ellifox.com directly for rush inquiries!
