Ellifox Shipping + Returns + Rewards Policies
We hate paying shipping and know you do too! That’s why all orders over $49 ship for free. Orders under $49? We offer a flat rate of $4.00. We ship USPS first class and priority. For purposes of calculating free shipping, embroidery does not count towards the $49 minimum. All orders ship complete- if you purchase something on preorder and something in stock, it won't ship until the outstanding piece(s) arrive!
Caveat 1- once a package leaves our store and has been accepted by USPS or UPS, it is out of our hands! If you want something sent with insurance to cover in case there is a loss and the package doesn’t not make it to you, please select priority at checkout! Orders over $200 are automatically sent priority- it's on us!
CAVEAT 2- BOGGS- in RARE instances, you might live in a zone which makes it astronomically expensive to ship a Bogg Bag. If this is the case, we will contact you with info about additional shipping costs for these items. You will have the right to cancel your order if you do not agree to the increased shipping charges. We appreciate your understanding!

Ellifox doesn’t like store credit! Thus, if something doesn’t work, simply email us at email@example.com and ship it back to us within 10 days of purchase and we will issue you a refund. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached in new condition and must be received back in our store no later than 10 days from date of purchase. If the return qualified for free shipping, a charge of $4 will be deducted from the return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs back to us. Sale merchandise (anything not sold at full price or where a discount code is used), accessories, toys, bogg bags, doona, and special orders are final sale.
All preorders are also final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. If you are unsure about sizing or fit, we recommend waiting until the product is in our hands!
Did you know that we are one of the only children's boutiques that offers refunds?! But since we do, we have to stand firm by our policy and cannot diverge. If items are received after that ten day period, we will contact you to arrange shipment back. We are sorry we can't be more flexible about this!

Due to the nature of the seasonality of our merchandise, we cannot make price adjustments after five days.
We have one of the easiest programs in the business! Earn one point per every dollar spent on regular priced items and cash them in at any time towards your regular priced purchase. Points are good for six months and soon you'll be able to earn more by referring friends and family! Please note that we reserve the right to modify the rules at any time and that orders placed using points are final sale! Points are not earned on discounted merchandise or Doona/Liki purchases- a manual adjustment will be made following your purchase! Points may not be used on pre-orders.
