Why can't I use code "PICKUP" with my sale order?
Our system only allows one discount code at a time. Additionally, many of the items on our site are housed in our warehouse and are ineligible for pick up. In any case, please send us a chat or DM @shopellifox and we can assist with pick up options if they are possible for your order!
Why isn't the code working on my cart?
The "MDW30" discount code will only work if your cart meets the requirements. While we are offering this deal on the majority of our selection, we do have exclusions which you are still welcome to add to your cart with eligible items (the excluded item singularly will not be discounted).
Can I return these items?
In order to offer promotions like this one, we have to stand firm by our policy. Items included in this promotion are final sale.
