Storefront Leader/Content Creator

Ellifox is a Charleston based curated lifestyle company with a rapidly growing e–commerce presence. While our roots lie primarily in the children’s apparel industry, we have expanded into several different segments, including women’s, home, lifestyle, and as of recent, fine jewelry! We are in search of a new addition to our tight-knit team who is tech savvy, hungry to learn and eager to help us grow our business! 

The storefront/content creator leader will execute daily tasks to promote both online and in-store sales. 


What Your Day-to-Day Duties Look Like
  • Set visually compelling floor displays that can be used towards social media marketing efforts
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Content preparation including Instagram posts, Reels and TikToks 
  • Contribute to overall store and individual sales goals
  • Perform daily sales floor upkeep and operational expectations to maintain a clean and visually appealing store
  • Work alongside the e-commerce manager to coordinate product shoots for marketing content
  • Help with and create content for- warehouse sales, sidewalk sales, pop ups, & community events to attract new local customers (both virtual and in-person)
  • Work with e-commerce/store managers to keep track of seasonal sales trends to anticipate promotional periods and plan/create content accordingly
Requirements & What We’re Looking For
  • Must be available to work 2 weekends per month
    •
    • Retail knowledge; understands the retail cycle and can apply this knowledge towards implementing effective content creation for marketing efforts
    • Familiar with creating content for Instagram, TikTok, & Reels; our Instagram is our biggest asset! We would like a candidate with experience creating content for a brand’s social media accounts. (A big plus if you have experience with Canva, Photoshop, or Photography)
    • A creative individual;We are looking for someone who brings fresh ideas to the table!
