Refund policy
If you don't like store credit, good news - neither do we! For online orders- if an article of clothing or a pair of shoes doesn’t work, you are welcome to ship it back to us for a refund (please note: we deduct $9 from your refund amount if your return label is processed through Ellifox.) All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached in new condition (cannot be worn or washed) and must be received back in our store no later than 12 days from date of purchase.
What We Accept Back
Any full priced shoe or clothing item that complies with our return conditions (see above).
- Sale merchandise. This includes: anything not sold at full price or where a discount code is used (deal of the day/flash sale, Black Friday sales, BOGO, warehouse sales, loyalty points).
- Accessories and gift items. This includes: books, stuffed animals, toys, jewelry, dolls, and any sort of non-clothing item.
- Curated Boxes.
- preorder- If you are unsure about sizing or fit, we recommend waiting until the product is in our hands!
Did you know that we are one of the only children's boutiques that offers refunds?! But since we do, we have to stand firm by our policy and cannot diverge. If items are received after that 12 day period, we will contact you to arrange shipment back and will need to charge for return shipping.
