Shipping policy

All orders are processed to ship out within 2-3 days of being placed pending they do not contain any of the following:

• PREORDER ITEMS - these items ship out specific to the dates listed in their product descriptions. 
• SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS - please allow 2-3 weeks in processing time for special order items (custom crests, Beaufort Bonnet, etc.)
  
• EMBROIDERY/PERSONALIZATION - our turnaround time for personalized goods is 2-3 weeks from date of purchase. 
  

We ship all orders UPS Ground. We offer Route shipping insurance at checkout which protects your package should it be lost, damaged or stolen in transit. Should you choose to opt out of this service and run into an issue with receiving your package, please contact UPS directly as we are unable to file a claim for your lost, stolen or damaged merchandise ourselves.
