In terms of hand embroidery, we charge $30 an hour for design and stitch time for hand embroidery and machine prices will vary!  We have absolutely no idea how long something will take until we are done. Current turnaround time is approximately twelve weeks give or take for hand embroidery and 3-4 weeks for machine embroidery for outside items (probably less but we definitely don’t want to disappoint anyone).

In terms of machine embroidery, the total price of the embroidery varies, but you can expect it to be between $16 and $30 per site dependent upon stitch count. If we have not done the design before, then we charge $15 to digitize. Each digitization is custom done for your job rather than purchased off the Internet. We want to make sure the design is perfect and properly sized for your piece.

*Please note, all orders are not processed for embroidery until the invoice for customization is paid. We will hold purchased goods to be personalized for up to 10 days*

Unfortunately, we no longer accept outside items for embroidery.
